എന്റെ അപ്പ – എന്റെ മുത്ത്!

The love of a father has no limits until we do something absolutely unnecessary and the love has to take a pause to give a 20-minute lecture. With all the love they have to give us, an honorable day like Father’s day was not given to them. Father’s day was a day created by Sonora Smart Dodd while she was listening to a Mother’s Day sermon in 1910. She found it was necessary to have a day to honor fathers just like mothers had.
Achachi is a gift given to my sister and me by God. The patience, care, consideration, support, and love he has shared with us have no bounds. He is our first teacher, who taught us to always put our mother first, show respect to those around us, act with manners, follow our dreams, never step back from the commitments we take, and pray with faith and through actions.
Our mothers carried us in their wombs for 9 months and gladly handed us over to our fathers so they could carry us for the rest of their lives. They happily did so. On their special day, let us thank God for giving us such wonderful gifts and wish them a blessed Father’s Day. We love you, Fathers!
I love you, Appa!
